Dr. Joseph Herman has helped implement health information technologies and process improvement strategies at the Pancreatic Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Using a model to evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, Dr. Herman and his team increased the clinic’s patient volume and improved the quality of care provided. This meeting of the Business and Clinical Motivators Workgroup includes an interactive discussion with Dr. Herman about lessons learned and strategies for undertaking similar work.

Dr. Jerry Osheroff Principal, TMIT Consulting and Greg Paulson, Deputy Director, Trenton Health Team are working to apply a nationally recognized, technology agnostic approach for implementing and managing clinical decision support (CDS) for quality improvement at Trenton Health Team.
