Dr. Joseph Herman has helped implement health information technologies and process improvement strategies at the Pancreatic Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Using a model to evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, Dr. Herman and his team increased the clinic’s patient volume and improved the quality of care provided.
