As traditional healthcare delivery has moved to the digital realm, the patient experience has changed dramatically. Stakeholders are placing priority on meeting patients where they are, both inside and outside the doctor’s office.

EHI is working to build a common framework to define the factors associated with improving the patient experience, and accountability of different stakeholders. We're interested in understanding how personalization, communication, convenience, and clinical outcomes directly impact the patient experience.
