Modernizing Public Health

Webinar - Pathway to Population Health

Developing a successful population health initiative requires careful consideration of the business, clinical, and technological aspects of healthcare. Fortunately, the work of organizations that have already embarked on the transformative journey towards better population health management can serve as a model for those just getting underway. Participants on this webinar will learn from industry leaders as they share their experience with outlining the business case for population health, implementing population health into clinical practice, and building the technical infrastructure to support population health management.
