Michael Sautebin, Chief Actuary, Security Health Plan
Michael Sautebin is chief actuary for Security Health Plan, a part of the Marshfield Clinic Health System. He leads the actuarial, underwriting, business intelligence, and risk analytics functions.
Sautebin joined Security Health Plan in 2006. Prior to joining Security Health Plan, he served in health and pension actuarial roles with Nationwide and Wausau Insurance.
Sautebin is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He earned his bachelor of business administration degree in actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Meghan Fetherston, Principal and Healthcare Analytics Consultant, Milliman
Meghan is a Principal and Healthcare Analytics Consultant with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. Meghan’s area of expertise is assisting clients in understanding and maintaining healthcare data. She works with health plans and state Medicaid agencies to effectively manage, organize, and warehouse health claims data.
Meghan implements and manages healthcare data warehousing systems, including Milliman’s MedInsight data warehouse. Meghan assists her clients with a variety of data analytic projects, including studies of provider efficiency, provider contracting, and provider quality. Meghan has extensive experience working with NCQA HEDIS and AHRQ performance measures. She has experience working with a variety of data sources, including health plan data, state MMIS data, managed care encounter data, Medicare MDS data, and Medicare cost reports.
