Rick Ratliff, is the President and Chief Commercial Officer for ConnectiveRx, a new company formed by the combination of PSKW and PDR. Prior to this role, Rick was a Managing Director in Accenture’s Health & Public Service Practice. As the Lead for Digital Health, Rick was responsible for defining and executing Accenture’s strategy to enable the transformation of healthcare clients into digital businesses. Prior to that, Rick was the Global Lead for Connected Health Services where he created a practice of over 500 experts in healthcare interoperability that assisted clients around the world in leveraging technology to improve clinical integration and develop platforms for new care delivery models.
Before joining Accenture, Rick was the founding COO and eventual CEO of Surescripts, a privately held operator of the nations’ largest e-prescription network. He has held various management positions at IBM, VHA and Healthvision. He is a board member of the eHealth Initiative in Washington, DC.
Mike Fitzgibbons has been with UnitedHealthcare for over 10 years and is currently Vice President, Pharmacy STARs. Mike has a team of pharmacists and support staff that deliver initiatives aimed at improving CMS Medicare Part D STAR Ratings performance. These initiatives improved medication adherence of over 1.5 million UnitedHealthcare Medicare members, resulting in UnitedHealthcare achieving 4+ STARs results nationally across the (3) CMS Medicare Part D STAR Medication Adherence measures (Diabetes, Cholesterol and Hypertension). Mike resides in Woodridge, Illinois.
Tim leads the Advocate Cerner Collaborative, a joint effort between Cerner and Advocate Healthcare based in Chicago. This highly skilled team uses data and technology to advance the broad objectives of population health. The team has created and deployed statistical models in several areas including readmissions, recommendations for post-acute care, hospitalizations for chronic conditions, and medication adherence.
Prior to joining Cerner in 2016, Tim spent 13 years working for healthcare systems in Illinois, Maine, and Massachusetts. Tim received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University. He also received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
