eHealth Initiative's (eHI) Policy Workgroup Webinar, "Policy Perspectives: Expert Overview of Recently Released CMS and ONC Regulations," was held October 20, 2015, 3:00-4:00 PM EDT.

Two federal releases critical to the future of health care and health IT were printed in pre-publication form on October 6. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published its Electronic Health Record Incentive Program and Health IT Certification Program Final Rule and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) published the 2015 Edition of Health IT Certification Criteria.
