Growing Medicare Advantage Membership Using Psychographic Segmentation

MedAD Sherpa* is a broker/advisor helping Medicare eligible consumers in Ohio and Kentucky choose a Medicare Advantage plan. MedAd Sherpa saw no difference in its rate of growth after pursuing a marketing campaign including TV, radio and direct mail. Based on the recommendation of a major local Employee Benefits Consultant, MedAd Sherpa approached PatientBond to determine whether its psychographic segmentation model could boost its membership.
